Winter Intro to Horsemanship Camp Terms & Conditions

Please be sure to note which camp(s) are appropriate for your child’s age when checking the box for the camp(s) you would like your child to attend.  Each camp is from 10am to 2pm.  We are limited to 6 campers each session.  Leg Up Equestrian Team reserves the right to cancel or combine any camp days that do not have at least 2 participants.

 

ASTM/SEI certified RIDING HELMETS ARE REQUIRED as well as long pants and a flat soled boot with a 1/4” heel.   If an ASTM/SEI certified riding helmet is not owned, we do have several available for use for the camp (school helmets are sanitized after each use).

I understand that the $50 PER camp reservation fees are registration charges and are NOT REFUNDABLE under ANY circumstances. I understand that if I cancel for ANY reason, within 2 weeks of the day camp session, I will receive no fee remission. Payment in full is due 2 weeks before camp. This is NONREFUNDABLE within two weeks of the camp date. Session may be forfeited if final payment is not received on time.

IMPORTANT (READ BEFORE REGISTERING FOR A CAMP): 

I understand there is some inherent risk in activities at camp and that accidents sometimes occur and I will sign the Leg Up Riding Waiver before my camper will be permitted to participate in camp at Leg Up.

I agree that after a place is reserved for a child, he or she will remain until the end of the period unless necessary withdraw due to illness as defined by a physician. I understand that no refunds are given if a child leaves early due to homesickness or for disruptive behavior as decided by the camp director.

 

 I give my permission to Leg Up Equestrian Team, LLC to use photos or videos of my child in promotional literature.
